We appreciate your interest in our company and our services, and we want you to feel secure when visiting our website, also with regard to the protection of your personal data.

1. Data processing when visiting our website
Each time you access the website of NOVIS Software GmbH, your web browser transmits usage data. This includes your IP address and a description of the retrieved content (URL). Without the collection of the IP address of the accessing computer and the name of the retrieved file, it is impossible to connect to the server of our web hosting partner and to use the corresponding web site. Depending on the configuration, your browser also transmits further data (browser type, browser version, operating system used, referrer URL). We use this data for a browser-specific presentation or device-optimised content delivery.
2. Data processing through the use of cookies – links to social media profiles
We do not use cookies.

3. Logging
At the end of the use, we do not store data about visiting our website, that is, we do not use tools to create web statistics. The webhosting company commissioned by us does not perform any web statistics for us.
4. Data processing in case of contacting by email
If you contact us via the email address indicated on our website, we will process the following information in order to respond to your request:
– date and time of request,
– your first and last name and, if applicable, your title,
– your email address,
– request text.
Without this data we cannot process your request.
You can specify the following additional data voluntarily:
– your telephone number and address.
If these data are missing, we can only contact you via your email address. The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary to process your request.
The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 paragraph 1 lit. f EU-GDPR, in case the processing of your request clarifies our services and provides information about our company. Should your request be made in preparation for a contract, the legal basis is Article 6 paragraph 1 lit. b EU-GDPR.
What applies generally to all cases of data processing?
A transfer of data to third parties or other recipients does not take place.
We point out that we can only delete your data after expiration of a legal storage obligation, if one exists.
How do we protect your data?
We have implemented technical and organisational security measures to protect your data processed by us against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or against access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
Our employees are bound to confidentiality and secrecy.

According to EU-GDPR, you have the right at any time to request information from us as to whether personal data about you is stored with us. Furthermore, with regard to this stored data you have the following rights:

– the right to object to unreasonable data processing (Article 21 EU-GDPR) and
– the right of data portability (Article 20 EU-GDPR).

Children and youths
Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to submit any personal data to us without the consent of their parents or guardians. We do not request personal information from children and youths, do not collect them and do not disclose them to third parties.

Information in accordance with Article 13 paragraph 2 lit. e EU-GDPR: The providing of personal data is neither legally nor contractually compulsory or required for a contract. You are not obliged to provide the personal information.
